Text messages
Hestiakin sends text messages for one purpose: asking a babysitter whether they are available.
A parent enters the babysitter's name and mobile number by hand in the app. When they need care, the app sends that person a short message with the date, time and which child, and a link to confirm or decline. The reply goes back into the app.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages. We do not buy, rent or import contact lists. Numbers are entered one at a time by a parent who knows the person.
